well... I just found out that my ex-bf was planning on talking to my dad about marrying me... I'm not sure how I feel about this whole situation, or even what to think...

Picking up the pieces of my heart
one by one each soothed with balm
they lie scattered across the hills
and come together in my Saviors palm.

Every tear I cried was saved
every sleepless night
all those times I'd lay awake
in a fitful doze thoughts in a fight.

He sometimes covers the sky with clouds
and yet through all the rain
He holds me close to his heart
